Show Me The Money!

Apparently I am a "retarded customer service" magnet or something. ING direct has decided to hold my money hostage because I have a VOIP phone line through Vonage. They can't verify the number (even by calling me back and having me punch in my PIN for them) easily apparently.
 
The best part was that their alternative to keeping my account on hold was to transfer all the money out into my account. At that point I had to ask what the hell was the point of it being on hold if they are willing to dump my money somewhere!

I can't even put money into it, so I get to lose potential interest since my scheduled deposit got nuked by their silly security system. I understand the concept of keeping my money safe, but it can't be this difficult to get to verify who you are.

Sigh.
