ING Direct Take Two

So I still have yet to get access to my money. I did have a bit of comedy/stupidity gold when dealing with them however. One of the issues being contested is the validity of my new phone number, yet they have no problem only using that number when calling me back to leave confidential information in a voice mail. Sigh.
Apparently ING is the Rumplestiltskin of Banks. Great deal with the high Interest rates (which I can't seem to match anywhere but an AMEX savings account), but there is a catch.....
