Divided Groups That Roll and Coffee Klutching

We've been looking for a new place for a bit now, as the apartment has gotten too small since Gabe arrived with his collection of "stuff" and toys.
We've been checking Kijiji as it actually has a pretty good level of traffic and a lot of houses end up being posted for rent. There was a pretty interesting one that had some really nice photos, but only the text: "870 House For Rent In Halifax", that was it. We of course had to inquire into the details just due to the photos. This is the response we got back:

This home is extensive with an area and a living room, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathrooms, kitchen including the utilities like hydro, washer and security, it is furnised. the cabinets extended in kitchen and the site of the laundry, screen door that slipped of order in the lateral entrance. It includes the guarantee. also is been 5 years of construction and its on a long term rent maximum of 6 years.
We have each convenience that you could always wish. We have a friendly community of neighbors. Portions of activities such as passages, bingo, klutch of the coffee, divided groups that roll and for every holiday. The restaurants, supermarket, the post office and the warehouses are within distance that walks. But now I am on a business trip with my wife to west africa and thats the main reason for which we are looking forward to give out this house for rent at $870 including the utilities to a family who can take good care of our house as his own. Pls i want you to note that, i am a kind and honest man and also i spent alot on my property that i want to give you for rent, so i will solicit for your absolute mentenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own, is that taken, it is not the money the main problem but want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i came for a check up. i do that once in a while. I also want you to let me have trust in you as i always stand on my word.. also i will like to know more about you and how many people will be living in the house and may be you are married and have kids so get back to me so that i can forward you the rent application form and we can proceed with how you can rent the house.
